Easy Wall Art+Warhol Doggies

I get in these moods sometimes where my current decor begins to annoy me and all-of-a-sudden I feel an immediate need do something different.  This was one of those times and I just had to put SOMETHING on the walls.  This area is the first thing you see when you walking from the hallway into the family room and it was bugging me, so I impulsively put this pair of wooden frames up.  I had just lined my entertainment center with grasscloth and had some left over so I decided to place some of that into the frames.
This turned out way harder than I wanted it to be.  The wallpaper kept rolling back up and it wouldn't lay flat when I would try to place the backing of the frame back on.  Then thinking I had finally succeeded, I would turn the frame over, to only see huge ripples in the paper!  It all really looked like this huge mistake, but I kept them up there anyway.

Then I saw a display in Walgreens about their self-adhesive photo wall art called Wall Jammers.  I would link them here for you all, but they are only offered in-store, so there is no reference to them on their website.  They come in just about any shape and size, but I chose a traditional rectangle so that I could just stick it to the face of my frames and not have to remove the backing again and deal with that temperamental grasscloth!  The size I ordered were $10 each.

I picked my dogs as my subjects and created a Warhol photo of them.  Ordered it and got it back in about a week and a half.
They were strangely printed off center, so I had to take a little off of one side to make the sides even.
Then, up they went!!  They even helped to hide the wallpaper ripples!!!
The nice thing is that they are totally removable and will stick and unstick forever!!  I plan to get more of these Wall Jammers made so that I can change them out anytime I get the itch to!!

Enjoy being Prissy!
